We offer online booking so you have the convenience of booking your appointment whenever the thought hits you. Our service descriptions will help you decide what service is best for you.  If you are still not sure, please email the salon to request an appointment. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Haven Beauty Studio, your time is important to us—and so is our team’s. To ensure we can continue providing the best experience to every guest, we kindly require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service total.

We completely understand that life happens. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out to us by phone or email as soon as possible. Timely notice allows us to offer that spot to another guest who may be waiting.

For appointments booked same-day or within 24 hours, we ask for a minimum of 3 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.

As a courtesy, we’ll send a confirmation text or email 48 hours ahead of your appointment. If we’re unable to reach you, please know it’s still your responsibility to remember your scheduled time. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations may result in fees and impact future booking availability.

NO SHOW POLICY

When a guest doesn’t arrive for their scheduled appointment and hasn’t contacted us in advance, it’s considered a no-show. We understand that things can come up, but missed appointments without notice leave gaps in our stylists’ schedules and impact other guests waiting to be seen.

No-shows are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service total.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation—it helps us continue offering a seamless and respectful experience for everyone in our Haven community.

RE-DO POLICY

At Haven Beauty Studio, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality service and ensuring you leave feeling your absolute best. If you’re not satisfied with the result of your service due to a technical issue, we ask that you reach out to us within 7 days of your appointment so we can make it right.

From there, we’ll book a time for you to come in for a consultation with your stylist and a member of our leadership team. During this visit, we’ll assess your hair together and determine the best next steps—whether that’s a tweak or a full redo.

We hold our team to high standards of skill, care, and professionalism, and we will always do our best to ensure your service meets those expectations. That said, we also reserve the right to decline any service that we believe may compromise the health of your hair or is not achievable with your current hair condition.
